It has been a good run with Aeon, but all things run their course and come to an end. I have watched Aeon slowly grow then die off as people moved onto other interests or found worlds that appeal to them more. Instead of leaving the server up and running empty, I have decided to turn off the server and close the player portion of the forums.



I would like to thank those that have put in their time and effort, either as DM's, builders or players. Without your efforts a world can not exist or grow into something more than a concept.



So what next, for me I am not sure, perhaps I shall learn something else perhaps not. I do know my power bill will be smaller next month, so out of sad endings a positive comes.

Hello hello

To those who might be interested, we thought we might have a night where people can play their second PCs with other low level second PCs.

Squeak and I have recently started two new PCs, and we know Jam and Hino both have a second character. Mr G, I think you have one skulking about somewhere as well! Razz

We just thought people might like the idea of having a fresh bunch of PCs to interact with. So we might try it tonight. If you're interested, the we'll see you around! Very Happy

Good idea, it is sort of the same thing I was trying with Rori on Sat nights (although most of those online in those times were still 1st PCs Razz).

Always find low levels more fun as there is more requirement to work in a party rather than being able to survive a lot of things alone with lots of collected equipment Smile.

Anyway have fun... *looks for DM password* Very Happy
